I kind of hate how much I love this soon-to-be-painfully-trendy little ice cream shop that just opened in my neighborhood.
They make each serving to order using liquid nitrogen. The whole shop is comprised of two ?upcycled? shipping containers. The ice cream is served in little compostable, recycled paper cups, and the plastic spoons are shaped like little spades. The owner started the company out of a Radio Flyer wagon, for god?s sake.
I had a child?s-size vanilla last night on my walk home, and it was really good. Anyway, click through for more pics and info and whatnot.
