Smiles despite cloudy skies at Cherry Blossom Parade

Despite the cold and overcast weather, thousands gathered to watch the annual National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade, which took place along Constitution Avenue. Entertainers and visitors came from all parts of the country and world to partake in the event. (April 9)
